As a recognized leader in the area of competency-based education, KM Perform has hosted hundreds of educators annually who visit to learn about the school’s interdisciplinary learning environment. KM Perform staff have been invited to speak and engage in conversations about best practices in personalized learning throughout the district, state, and country. The school has been named twice to the “Top 100 Innovative Schools to Visit” by education blogger, Tom Vander Ark, received the 4th highest accountability score on the Wisconsin State Report Card, and recently was added to the Newsweek list of top 500 schools in the country.
